Managing a city the size of Lackawanna, with the state of the economy, will be challenging. I have the skills to ensure the revenue in Lackawanna will be utilized in the most appropriate and fiscally responsible manner. Safety in our streets, eliminating flood insurance, recreation for all age groups, and giving streets, fire halls, and public works buildings the attention they deserve will be strong focuses of my administration.
My vision for Lackawanna is to turn our great city into a destination.
